We collect your personal information (name, email, etc.) to manage this event, share updates about the upcoming July 31 Perxona Hackathon, and invite you to our developer community. Your data will be managed securely by XRSPACE and will not be sold to third parties. 

収集した個人情報（氏名、メールアドレス等）は、本イベントの運営、7月31日開催のPerxona Hackathonに関するご案内、および開発者コミュニティへの招待の目的でのみ使用します。お客様のデータはXRSPACEによって安全に管理され、第三者に販売されることはありません。

Intellectual Property & Feedback (知的財産権およびフィードバック)

You retain the intellectual property rights to any original ideas or concepts you independently create during the workshop. However, you agree that XRSPACE may use any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you share regarding the Perxona product freely and without compensation to improve our services. You also acknowledge that XRSPACE may currently or in the future be independently developing features similar to the ideas discussed. 

ワークショップ中に参加者が独自に作成したアイデアやコンセプトの知的財産権は参加者に帰属します。ただし、Perxona製品に関して提供されたフィードバックや提案について、XRSPACEは製品改善のために無償で自由に利用できるものとします。また、XRSPACEが将来、共有されたアイデアと類似の機能を独自に開発する可能性があることを了承するものとします。

Code of Conduct & Liability (行動規範と免責事項)
We are committed to providing a harassment-free and inclusive experience for everyone. Any inappropriate behavior will result in removal from the event. XRSPACE is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the event.

 Media Release (写真・動画撮影について) 
We will be taking photos and videos during the workshop for promotional purposes (e.g., social media, website, community updates). 

本ワークショップでは、広報活動（SNS、ウェブサイト、コミュニティレポートなど）を目的として、写真や動画の撮影を行います。
